Our Story

About

How we got our start

Samagic Farms was born after nine years of social work supported by the non-profit; Conscious Impact. After the earthquake in April 2015, Conscious Impact worked to help rebuild rural communities in Nepal through natural building, agriculture, and youth empowerment. After nine years of working with farmers to plant trees and herbs to develop resilient agriculture systems, the farmers are creating products that need to be connected with consumers.

Samagic Farms was created to form the bridge between these farmer´s magical products and consumers who value them. Samagic Farms wants to share the farmer’s story, uplift and encourage them, and celebrate and bring value to their hard work.

the Team

Meet Everyone

We’re Gina and Shiva, the co-founders of Samagic Farms. 🌱
Gina (half Nepali, half Spanish) and Greg from the US but known as Shiva in Nepal (calling Nepal home for almost 10 years) are on a mission to live sustainably and respectfully in the holy land of Nepal.
Together, we’ve started @samagicfarms to support rural farmers, celebrate their hard work, and share the magic of Nepal’s organic products with the world
Our journey began with a piece of land in Sindhupalchok, where we’re building a demonstration farm and working hand-in-hand with local coffee farmers that Shiva has worked with for the last 9 years.
🌿Every product we offer—from coffee to herbs—is rooted in the Earth and grown with love..
